Hamingson, Executive Director) is proud to announce the addition of Academy Award-nominated actress Anne Hathaway and the best-selling author of the Gossip Girl series Cecily von Ziegesar to the prestigious roster of participants for "Chasing The Green Light," the first Public Forum on Monday, October 18.

Lucie Arnaz (They're Playing Our Song), Sarah Uriarte Berry (A Light in the Piazza), Carole Demas (Grease), Loni Ackerman (So Long, 174th Street) and Nancy Opel (Urinetown), join the cast of The Town Hall's Broadway Originals on Sunday, October 17th at 3:00 PM.

The Town Hall, New York City's landmark concert venue (123 West 43rd Street), will honor Tony ® and Emmy ® Award winning theatre legend Elaine Stritch, (who is currently starring in A Little Night Music) and Merryl H. Tisch, (Chancellor of the New York State Board of Regents) with The Town Hall 'Friend of the Arts' Award on Sunday, October 17th, 2010.

This past July, Broadway stars joined in Washington for 'A Broadway Celebration: In Performance at the White House,' to promote arts education. Due to popular demand, Tony, Grammy & Golden Globe Award winner Bernadette Peters and Tony & Emmy Award winner Elaine Stritch have extended their stay in the Broadway revival of Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler's Tony Award-winning masterpiece A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC, directed by Tony Award-winner Trevor Nunn. Peters & Stritch were originally only scheduled to perform through Sunday, November 7, 2010 and will now stay with the production through its final performance at the Walter Kerr Theatre (219 West 48th Street) on Sunday, January 9, 2011 at 3:00 PM after 20 previews and 425 regular performances.
