Fordham Alumni Theater Company presents a three-performance concert of the new musical, Turn Of The Screw, which plays tonight, July 28 - July 30, 2012, as a part of its summer festival of works-in-progress. The concerts will be performed in Pope Auditorium at Fordham College at Lincoln Center, 113 West 60th Street at Columbus Ave.

The New York Musical Theatre Festival's Student Leadership Program (SLP) presents its first ever concert series, Part of It All: Introducing The New Generation, at the 45th Street Theater's Mainstage tonight, July 26th at 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. Featuring all-new works and performances by talented students and recent graduates, Part of It All sets out to showcase a new generation of artists who've grown up in the age of the mega-musical, power belting, and three-named composers.

After sold-out shows at the Canal Room and the Laurie Beechman, Cutting-Edge Composers brings its latest concert to NYMF tonight, July 23rd at 7 and 9:30 pm at the Theatre at St. Clement's (423 w. 46th Street). Up-and-coming musical theatre writers are teamed with Broadway's hottest performers at the concert directed and produced by Laura Pietropinto (Next to Normal), co-produced by Jillian Robbins, and musically directed by Virginia Hart Pike.

'One time Tony-eligible actor Andrew Kober's totally self-indulgent concert,' Koberet, returns to the New York stage tonight, Monday, July 16 as part of the 2012 New York Musical Theatre Festival. After storming downtown NYC venues Joe's Pub and (Le) Poisson Rouge, Kober is back where he belongs - midtown Manhattan (just off Broadway) - with a sold-out performance at 7pm and an encore showing at 10:30pm at the 45th Street Theatre.

Pace University's Musical Theatre Class of 2015 presented a cabaret on May 4th and 5th at at Joe's Pub. The show, entitled Hatched, was a presentation of notable composers' works written in the past three months, including the likes of Shaina Taub, Niko Tsakalakos, Gordon Leary, Julia Meinwald, Drew Gasparini, Zoe Sarnak, Ryan Scott Oliver, and the students of Pace's Inaugural 'Writing for the Musical Theatre' class.
