Harvey Weinstein will team with MSG Entertainment and creatives Warren Carlyle, Diane Paulus and Randy Weiner to create a new springtime perennial ROCKETTES spectacular at New York's famed Radio City Music Hall.

Josh Kaufman, who in May of 2014 was announced as the winner of Season 6 of NBC's hit show 'The Voice' as a member of Usher's team, will make his Broadway debut in Pippin a little earlier than expected.

WITNESS UGANDA, created by Matt Gould and Griffin Matthews, which had its premiere at A.R.T. earlier this year under the direction of Diane Paulus, will receive an upcoming reading in New York City, produced by Kevin McCollum and Ashley Melone. Much of the cast from the reading is returning from the ART production.

ONCE, winner of eight Tony Awards including Best Musical and winner of the 2013 Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album, will play at the Saenger Theatre for a limited engagement beginning March 17 - 22. Presented by the New Orleans Theatre Association, ONCE is a part of the East Jefferson General Hospital Broadway in New Orleans 2014 - 2015 season.

Pippin The Musical, The Broadway League and Art of Men will bring seventy-five New York City seniors from Union Settlement to the Broadway production of Pippin on October 19, 2014 to experience their first Broadway musical. Cast members from the Pippin will host a talkback with the seniors immediately following the show.

The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) and OBERON will present SHIDA, a new musical in development with book, music and lyrics by Jeannette Bayardelle, directed by Andy Sandberg, and music direction by Kurt Crowley.

Gotham Chamber Opera, in collaboration with the Gerald W. Lynch Theater at John Jay College, presents a double bill of Alexandre bis & Comedy on the Bridge, both by Bohuslav Martinu, from today, October 14 - 18, 2014 at Gerald W. Lynch Theater at John Jay College, 524 West 59th Street.

Lucie Arnaz returned to Broadway in the role of 'Berthe' in the Tony Award winning PIPPIN for a limited engagement last night, October 9. Arnaz will, coming staright from the PIPPIN national tour, will remain with the Broadway company through Sunday, November 9. The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University, under the leadership of Diane Paulus, Artistic Director and William Russo, Managing Director; announced today that the 2014 recipient of the annual Robert Brustein Award is Rocco Landesman, a long-time Broadway theatre producer, who served as chairman of the National Endowment for the Arts from August 2009 to December 2012.

As part of the National Civil War Project and the 2014-2015 A.R.T. of Human Rights series, the American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) presents the second annual Proclamation Project, entitled Proclamation 2, conceived by Brendan Shea and the company and directed by Shira Milikowsky, on Saturday, November 8th at 2:00pm and Sunday, November 9th at 7:30pm at OBERON, the A.R.T.'s second stage.

Lucie Arnaz is set to return to Broadway in the role of 'Berthe' in the Tony Award winning PIPPIN for a limited engagement beginning tonight, October 9 through Sunday, November 9. Arnaz comes from the PIPPIN national tour, which is playing at the Golden Gate Theatre in San Francisco, CA. PIPPIN is now playing at the Music Box Theatre (239 West 45th Street).

Danforth) announced today they will honor the legendary Emmy®, Grammy®, Oscar® and Tony® Award (EGOT) winner James Earl Jones at the 31st Annual Musical Celebration of Broadway, to be held onMonday evening, February 2, 2015 at the famed Pierre Hotel (2 East 61st Street). SHN previously announced that Andrea Martin, who won the 2013 Tony, Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Awards for creating the role of 'Berthe' in the Broadway production, would reprise the role in the final two weeks (beginning today, October 7 and running through October 19) of the San Francisco engagement at the SHN Golden Gate Theatre.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Harvey Weinstein and director Diane Paulus recently announced that Finding Neverland will open on Broadway at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre on April 8, 2015. This announcement comes on the heels of Finding Neverland's sold-out, world-premiere engagement at the American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University. Finding Neverland will begin preview performances on Broadway in March, 2015. Casting will be announced shortly.
