The Toronto Star writes that the Canadian premiere of the Tony Award-winning KINKY BOOTS, which opened June 28 at the Royal Alexandra Theatre, has been extended through November 8, 2015. Tickets for the added six weeks of performances go on sale July 6.

Kinky Boots, the smash-hit musical that brings together four-time Tony Award-winner Harvey Fierstein (Book) and Tony and Grammy Award-winning rock icon Cyndi Lauper (Tony Award-winner for Best Score for Kinky Boots) debuts at the Hennepin Theatre Trust's Orpheum Theatre (910 Hennepin Ave., downtown Minneapolis) July 28-Aug. 2, 2015 as the final production in the 2014-2015 Thrivent Financial Broadway on Hennepin Season.
