Performances will be on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights, starting October 12 for two weeks only. Admission is by donation, with a suggested donation of $10. Today Goodman Theatre announced a change in its upcoming 2009/2010 season lineup. Artistic Director Robert Falls has canceled the previously scheduled Joan D'Arc, directed by Aida Karic, and in its place selected Stoop Stories, an explosive solo piece by Dael Orlandersmith. A Chicago premiere, Stoop Stories will run September 11 - October 11 in the Goodman's 400-seat flexible Owen Bruner Theatre.

New York actor, teacher, and producer, Michael Fischetti will be at Cape May Stage on Monday evening, October 19 at 8 p.m. reading a collection of poetry about the human condition in a time of war called We Are All Brothers: Anti-War Poetry Through the Ages. As we debate our nation's involvement in Afghanistan, Mr. Fischetti will repeat his New York triumph with poems from Homer to Owen to our most contemporary voices in the Equity theatre's Second Stage Series. Performing a selection of timeless pieces that Fischetti selected, this performance is sure to challenge certain beliefs, raise questions, and inspire future discussions.
