Producer Scott Sanders has announced additional cast members for the upcoming Broadway engagement of the highly anticipated stage play, The Pee-wee Herman Show.

Comedy and animal lovers will unite on September 16, 2010 at 7PM at Broadway Comedy Club in New York City for a 90-minute, hilarious show benefitting Bideawee, one of the country's oldest and most respected animal welfare and pet adoption agency.

Burning Coal Theatre Company of Raleigh, NC will open its 2010/2011 season with To Kill A Mockingbird, a stage adaptation of Harper Lee's classic novel by Christopher Sergel. The production runs September 9 - 26, 2010.

CHESS opened at the Signature Theatre on August 10 and will run through September 26. The cast is lead by Jill Paice (Curtains, The 39 Steps) as Florence Vassy, Euan Morton (Boy George in Taboo, Sondheim on Sondheim) as Anatoly Sergievsky and Jeremy Kushnier (Footloose, Rent) as Freddie Trumper. The rock musical is directed by Signature's Artistic Director Eric Schaeffer. Written by Mamma Mia! composers Björn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson with Evita and Lion King lyricist Tim Rice, the 1984 cult musical of Cold War competition in love and chess is being given its first major Washington area production. Chess is being performed in the fabulous intimacy of the 276-seat MAX Theatre.

Love Can Suck a D*** . . ., will be paired with So I Like Superman: A One-Nerd Show, admission is $10.

The York Shakespeare Company welcomes various esteemed guests following performances of four-time Emmy Award-winner and New York Times 'Ethicist' Randy Cohen's The Punishing Blow: An Illustrated Lecture Delivered by Order of the Orange County Criminal Court.
