The Sudanese American multi-instrumentalist Sinkane will perform at the Skirball Cultural Center on Thursday, July 28, at 8:00 p.m. as part of the Sunset Concerts series. Ahmed Gallad, who goes by the stage name Sinkane, will be previewing new songs from his upcoming 2017 release as well as material from his extensive back catalogue. Songhoy Blues, who were originally scheduled to perform Sunset Concerts on July 28, had to cancel their appearance for medical reasons.
