The Public Theater hosted the Public Sings! benefit last night, March 5. The evening featured David Byrne, Alan Cumming, Montego Glover, Gabriel Kahane, Ethan Lipton, Kelli O'Hara, Jesse L. Join Anne Markt (Hair), Andrew Kober (Hair), Halle Morse(Mamma Mia), Hannah DelMonte (Fiddler On the Roof), Corey Mach(Godspell), Theresa Kloos, Matthew Roscoe (Academy), Kristin Netzband, Alex Puette (Young Frankenstein), Bonnie Milligan and Steve Chazaro in an evening hosted by Bootsie LeFaris to raise money for the victims of the Chardon High School Shooting. Donations will be sent to aid the families affected.

Celebrity judges for the sixth annual The Broadway Beauty Pageant have been announced. Jackie Hoffman (The Addams Family), pop culture columnist Michael Musto, and Tonya Pinkins (Caroline, or Change) have been tapped to judge the event which will take place on Monday evening, March 19th, at 8p.m. at Symphony Space (2537 Broadway at 95th St.). The popular event is the annual benefit of New York's Ali Forney Center.

Earlier this week, Two Boots Pizza in Hell's Kitchen (9th Ave. and 44th St.) unveiled their new pizza inspired by GODSPELL. The GODSPELL pizza contains casear chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted garlic and jalapeño pesto on a white pie. Participants include Andrew Chappelle (Mamma Mia!), Wilkie Ferguson (Porgy and Bess), Corey Mach (Godspell), Jesse Swimm (Mary Poppins), and Anthony Wayne (Priscilla Queen of the Desert). Brent Barrett (Chicago) and past Pageant winners Frankie James Grande (Mamma Mia!) and Michael Cusumano (Chicago) are set to perform. As previously announced, four-time Tony nominated and Drama Desk Award-winning actress Tovah Feldshuh will host the event which will take place on Monday evening, March 19th, 8p.m., at Symphony Space (2537 Broadway at 95th St.). If It Only Even Runs A Minute 9, the ninth edition of this series of rare songs, behind-the-scenes tales, and inspiring photos from Broadway musicals that may not have been fully appreciated the first time around, reyurns on March 26.
