Little Foxes Children's Theatre's SNOW QUEEN Now Playing Through 6/26

The Aurora Fox Little Foxes Children's Theatre presents Snow Queen by Stacey Lane (adapted from the story by Hans Christian Anderson). Performance dates are June 10 - June 26, 2014. (Tues/Weds/Thurs/Fri at 10:00 a.m. & Mon/Weds/Sat at 1:00 p.m.). Tickets are $7 for general admission and $5.00 for groups of 10 or more. Seating is limited, so advance reservations are strongly suggested. Call 303-739-1970 to make reservations.

Sheffield Theatres Adds QUEEN COAL to Season

Sheffield Theatres' Artistic Director Daniel Evans today announces the final production in the Theatres' autumn season, the world premiere of Bryony Lavery's Queen Coal directed by Robert Shaw Cameron, alongside the news that in an unprecedented development for the company, they will take three of their productions in the forthcoming season on tour, enabling their work to reach as wide an audience as possible.

Players Theatre Presents THE LITTLE MERMAID Through 4/27

In 1837 Hans Christian Anderson wrote his most beloved tale 'The Little Mermaid'. 177 years later she is still swimming her way into the hearts of young and old. On February 16th, Literally Alive Children's Theatre will open their musical adaptation of this classic tale with books and lyrics by Brenda Bell and music by Michael Sgouros at the Players Theatre located at 115 MacDougal Street (between Bleeker and West 3rd) in Manhattan. Their adaptation is true to the original story by Hans Christian Andersen, unlike the Disney version, which has a different ending. 'We tell the story in its original form' says Artistic Director Brenda Bell, 'We believe that the true ending shows children that every wish has a price and that love comes with many sacrifices.'
