Summerfest officials prepare for the World's Largest Music Festival to open in one week, which will bring over 850,000 music fans from around the world to Henry Maier Festival Park. Summerfest 2011 runs June 29 - July 3 and July 5 - 10.

Aaron Lewis, lead vocalist of the hit band Staind, is bringing his country solo acoustic tour to Chinook Winds Casino Resort June 24 and 25 at 8pm. Lewis sings with a soulful sound that gets to the heart of the audience with his solo acoustic tour. He will perform chart topping country songs including singles '75' and 'The Story Never Ends.'

According to EW.com, Kiefer Sutherland and John Hurt will star in a Hulu-bound web series entitled, The Confession. Set to premiere in March, the series will be comprised of 10 five minute episodes. Sutherland will play 'a hitman who has a theological discussion with a priest about why his victims deserved to die.'

'Country Music's Biggest Night(TM)' continues to get bigger as Luke Bryan, Easton Corbin, Little Big Town, Tim McGraw, Jerrod Niemann, Kellie Pickler, LeAnn Rimes, Darius Rucker, The Band Perry, Chris Young and NASCAR champion Jeff Gordon are announced as the first group of presenters for 'The 44th Annual CMA Awards,' airing WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 10 (8:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

The 2010 AMERICAN COUNTRY AWARDS will air live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena Monday, Dec. 6 (8:00-10:00 p.m. EST live/PST tape-delayed) on FOX. The two-hour special will be the first and only country music awards show where fans determine every winner by voting for their favorite nominees in music and video categories.
