The Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park's joyous, time-honored celebration of the true spirit of the holidays achieves the quarter-century mark this season as U.S. Bank presents Charles Dickens' iconic story A CHRISTMAS CAROL. The beloved tale, enjoyed each season by multiple generations of Cincinnatians, will be performed for its 25th year in the Playhouse's Robert S. Marx Theatre from Nov. 25 through Dec. 30.

ARENAarts is putting a different spin on Charles Dickens by adding a few laughs to his classic tale A Christmas Carol.

A major revival of Noel Coward's hilarious masterpiece, Private Lives will embark on a prior to the West End UK tour starring stage and screen stars Tom Chambers (Top Hat, Strictly Come Dancing) as the loveable and charming Elyot and Laura Rogers(Tipping The Velvet, An Ideal Husband) as the unconventional and vivacious Amanda, alongside Charlotte Ritchie (Call The Midwife, One Night in November) as Sybil and Richard Teverson (Downton Abbey) as Victor.

In December 1867, Charles Dickens arrived in New York City for a month of sold-out performances of his beloved holiday classic, A CHRISTMAS CAROL. Join Mr. Dickens, portrayed by actor John Kevin Jones, as he tells his timeless Christmas tale in the elegant intact Greek Revival parlor of the landmark 1832 Merchant's House Museum (29 East 4th Street, Manhattan). 

A new adaptation of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol will begin performances on Wednesday, December 16th at The Clurman Theatre at Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street). This limited holiday engagement runs through Wednesday, December 23, 2015.

Columbus Children's Theatre will present Mr. Scrooge November 27-December 20, 2015 at Park Street Theatre located at 512 Park Street. This production is directed by William Goldsmith, with Assistant Directors Chris Rusen and George Bailey. Book by William Goldsmith, Music and Lyrics by Janet Yates Vogt and Mark Friedman, and Based on Charles Dickens 'A Christmas Carol.' Mr. Scrooge is a one-act musical with no intermission and runs approximately 60 minutes. This production is recommended for ages 4 and older.

An Open Captioned performance will be offered on Sunday, November 8 at 2:00PM. The sensory-friendly adaptation of the show will be held Saturday, November 14 at 12:00PM, with American Sign Language interpretation available during the performance.

Adapted by Sean Murray with original score by Billy Thompson, this production is a re-imagined take on the original holiday classic featuring lively music, unique puppets and live sound effects. The fully staged production runs November 27 - December 27 at Cygnet Theatre in Old Town. Opening Night for Media is Saturday, December 5th at 8:00pm.

Sierra Stages presents the groundbreaking musical "Falsettos" for ten performances only from November 5 through November 22 at the intimate Off Center Stage in Grass Valley.
