The Broadway revival of The Music Man opens tonight at Broadway's Winter Garden Theatre, starring Tony-winners Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster!

The complete cast for the first-ever New York revival of Neil Simon’s classic comedy about marriage, Plaza Suite, has been announced as rehearsals commence today under the direction of Tony Award® winner John Benjamin Hickey.

The Broadway production of The Music Man has opted not to invite critics to preview performances ahead of its opening night. Breaking from the long-held Broadway tradition, the musical, led by Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster, has instead invited critics to its opening night performance on February 10.

Steppenwolf’s production of The Minutes will now begin previews on Broadway on  Saturday, April 2, 2022, and open on Sunday, April 17, 2022. The play was previously scheduled to resume performances at Studio 54 on March 19, 2022, and open on Thursday, April 7, 2022.

 The upcoming Broadway revival of Neil Simon's Plaza Suite, starring Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker, is set to begin preview performances on Friday, February 25, 2022, with the official opening night set for Monday, March 28, 2022, at Hudson Theatre (141 West 44th Street). Jackman took to Instagram to share a video of his return to The Music Man on Broadway. The Music Man was recently forced to cancel performances, and Jackman tested positive for Covid-19. 

It was announced today all performances of Broadway's The Music Man are canceled through January 1st. All tickets can be refunded or exchanged at point of purchase. Performances will resume on Sunday, January 2.
