In the midst of a winning season that will mark the network's sixth consecutive September-to-September victory fueled by an unbeatable summer of alternative programming, NBC unveils a new year-round lineup that builds on the industry's most stable schedule with top returning stars, addictive dramas and an infusion of original comedies. The new slate, which will add four first-year dramas and four freshman comedies over the course of the 2019-20 season, will carry a robust fall lineup into a powerhouse midseason filled with returning favorites and big new shows for every audience.

Tonight Center Theatre Group opens Steppenwolf Theatre Company's production of Linda Vista written by Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning ensemble member Tracy Letts, directed by Dexter Bullard, who also directed the world premiere at Steppenwolf. THE LATE SHOW with STEPHEN COLBERT will broadcast live following President Donald Trump's State of the Union address Tuesday, Jan. 29 (11:35 PM, live ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network. This will mark the 19th time THE LATE SHOW has broadcast live. The most recent live broadcast aired election night on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018. Guests joining Colbert for the live broadcast from the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York will be announced at a later date.
THE BIG BANG THEORY Cast and Viola Davis to Present Special CRITICS' CHOICE AWARDS

The Broadcast Film Critics Association (BFCA) and the Broadcast Television Journalists Association (BTJA) announced today the star-studded line up of presenters who will take the stage during the 24th Annual Critics' Choice Awards. Previous #SeeHer Award recipient Viola Davis will present this year's honoree, Claire Foy, with her #SeeHer Award. The cast of “The Big Bang Theory,” including Mayim Bialik, Kaley Cuoco, Johnny Galecki, Simon Helberg, Kunal Nayyar, Jim Parsons, and Melissa Rauch will be on hand to recognize show creator Chuck Lorre with the Critics' Choice Creative Achievement Award, just in time to celebrate the show's final season. Additional stars from some of this year's favorite films and television shows who will present throughout the evening include Awkwafina, Angela Bassett, Kristen Bell, Ted Danson, Nina Dobrev, Winston Duke, America Ferrera, Sara Gilbert, Josh Hutcherson, Stephan James, Jameela Jamil, Nicole Kidman, Joel Kinnaman, KiKi Layne, Eugene Levy, Justina Machado, Ricky Martin, Jeanine Mason, Chrissy Metz, Mandy Moore, Olivia Munn, Catherine O'Hara, Edgar Ramirez, Haley Lu Richardson, Sarah Silverman, Cole Sprouse, Ben Stiller, and Bradley Whitford. To celebrate the holiday season, National Geographic will make the first two episodes of the upcoming limited series Valley of the Boom available for free beginning December 21st in advance of the series' broadcast premiere. The two episodes will be released unauthenticated on NationalGeographic.com and on the National Geographic TV app, which includes mobile and connected devices such as AppleTV, Roku, Chromecast and more. Additional platforms the two episodes will be available include Facebook, YouTube, VOD, Amazon Prime, iTunes, Google Play and Vudu.
Actors' Equity Foundation Awards St. Clair Bayfield Award to Mia Katigbak

Mia Katigbak has received the annual St. Clair Bayfield Award presented by the Actors' Equity Foundation for her performance as The Duke of Gloucester in NAATCO's production of Henry VI. The announcement was made by Judy Rice, President of the Foundation, and Joan Glazer, Managing Director.
