Pittsburgh Public Theater's season continues with the comic extravaganza, A Servant To Two Masters. Written by Carlo Goldoni in 1746, the play was adapted for a contemporary audience by Lee Hall, author of the blockbuster movie and hit musical Billy Elliot. A Servant To Two Masters is the 50th production directed by Ted Pappas for Pittsburgh Public Theater. The play runs November 5 - December 6, 2015 at the O'Reilly Theater, The Public's home in the heart of Downtown's Cultural District. For tickets call 412.316.1600 or visit ppt.org.

If you're a lover of musical comedy classics you might look a little askance at the production of A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE FORUM now running at The Wick Theatre in Boca Raton. All the wonderful songs are there, all the jokes, the pretty girls and super singing, but something's been added. And it doesn't help.

Will Geer's Theatricum Botanicum will host a gathering of cast members from the long-running TV series The Waltons - in which Theatricum founder Will Geer starred as Grandpa Walton from 1972 until his death in 1978 - for a three-day weekend of tribute and reminiscence this weekend, August 7-9.
