Andrew Alexander, Executive Producer & CEO of The Second City, Inc., will be honored for his contributions to Chicago's cultural life by the Chicago alumni association of Phi Beta Kappa, the prestigious national academic society, at its Annual Dinner and Scholarship Benefit on Friday, November 14, 2014 at 6:30p. In the film, Maggie and her adopted 12-year-old son, Oliver, move next door to war veteran Vincent, but when Oliver gets locked out after school one day, Vincent allows him to stay at his house until his mom gets home. Because he has bills up to the ceiling and is desperate for cash, he tells Maggie he'll babysit Oliver every day after school. Vincent then introduces Oliver to his lifestyle, including gambling, drinking, and his relationship with a Russian prostitute.

Based on Elizabeth Strout's Pulitzer Prize-winning novel of the same name and written by Emmy®-winner Jane Anderson (HBO's “The Positively True Adventures of the Alleged Texas Cheerleader-Murdering Mom” and “Normal”), the miniseries will debut on HBO this winter.

TiVo Research and Analytics, Inc. (TiVo Research), a subsidiary of TiVo Inc. (NASDAQ: TIVO), today revealed results from the TiVo Spring 2014 Binge-Viewing Survey. With 91 percent of the 15,196 survey respondents reporting binge-viewing as common viewing behavior, binging is firmly established as the preferred method of consuming entertainment content. In fact, 40 percent of respondents had binged within a week and 69 percent had binged within a month of the survey.
