New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) Artistic Director James C. Nicola and Managing Director William Russo have announced that The Select (The Sun Also Rises), created by Elevator Repair Service (ERS) based on Ernest Hemingway's novel, The Sun Also Rises, and directed by John Collins, will begin performances Friday, August 19 at 7pm, at NYTW, 79 East 4th Street, between Second Avenue and Bowery.

The truth is out there - if you have the courage to face it. Barton Bishop's Up, Up, Down, Down combines the addictive lure of video gaming with the paranoia of the Bush years and throws in a love story for good measure. New York Theatre Experiment will present the world premiere of this multi-media dark comedy, directed by Erik Pearson, on February 3rd at the Access Theatre, located at 380 Broadway.
