Tickets for THE BAND'S VISIT on Tour On Sale June 7

Broadway In Chicago is delighted to announce tickets for THE BAND'S VISIT will go on sale on Friday, June 7. THE BAND'S VISIT won 10 2018 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, and will play Broadway In Chicago's Cadillac Palace Theatre (151 W. Randolph) for a limited two-week engagement September 3-15, 2019.

The Off-Broadway League today announced nominations in 19 categories - and bestowed one special award - for the 34th Annual Lucille Lortel Awards for Outstanding Achievement Off-Broadway. The Awards will be handed out on Sunday, May 5, 2019 at NYU Skirball Center for Performing Arts, beginning at 7:00pm EST. The Lucille Lortel Awards are produced by the Off-Broadway League by special arrangement with the Lucille Lortel Theatre Foundation. Additional support is provided by TDF. Beloved and celebrated entertainer, Wayne Brady, will emcee the ceremony.

The producers of Fleabag have announced a cancellation line for performances of the strictly limited and sold out engagement. Beginning one hour prior to curtain, cancellation tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be sold at full price ($125). The cancellation line is outside the SoHo Playhouse (15 Vandam Street). Ticket availability is not guaranteed.

The New York debut of the DryWrite and Soho Theatre production of FLEABAG, produced by Annapurna Theatre, begins performances tomorrow, February 27, ahead of a March 7 opening at Soho Playhouse (15 Vandam St.). FLEABAG is written and performed by Phoebe Waller-Bridge, making her New York stage debut, and directed by Phoebe Waller-Bridge's long-time collaborator Vicky Jones. This is a strictly limited six-week engagement through Sunday, April 14, 2019.

Amazon Studios today announced it has signed an overall television deal with Emmy Award-winning producer and director Reed Morano (The Handmaid's Tale). Morano made history by being the first woman to ever win the Emmy and DGA Award in the same year for a dramatic series - both for her work on The Handmaid's Tale and was the first woman to win an Emmy in the Drama series category in 22 years. She will exclusively work with Amazon Studios to create original series which will be made available on Amazon Prime Video in over 200 countries and territories.
