The new Broadway production of Arthur Miller's Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning masterpiece DEATH OF A SALESMAN directed by eight-time Tony Award® winner Mike Nichols and starring Academy Award® winner Philip Seymour Hoffman as Willy Loman, Obie Award winner Linda Emond as Linda Loman and Andrew Garfield (The Social Network, The Amazing Spider-Man), making his Broadway debut as Biff Loman is currently in previews and opens on Thursday, March 15, 2012 at the Barrymore Theatre (243 West 47th Street, between Broadway and Eighth Avenue).It will play a strictly limited 16-week engagement. 80 West Productions has announced, the first Los Angeles production granted full rights by the author for their production of, BRILIANT TRACES, written by Cindy Lou Johnson and directed by John Hindman.

"The Masters Series" at Pace is dedicated to providing the new generation of students/artists with the opportunity of interacting with well-established, outstanding professionals that have developed new voices and ideas. The goal is to reinvigorate the theater's ancient role as a public forum by focusing on the social and cultural context for the works of the American Theatre of today and tomorrow. The evening's guests engage in discussions of their unique practices and bodies of work, followed by a Q&A session with Pace BFA and BA Performing Arts students.

The Grand Theatre is presenting Arthur Miller's American Classic play The Crucible March 8-24, 2012 with 7:30 pm performances Wednesday through Saturday and 2:00 pm matinees on select Saturdays. Northern Stage, considered one of the most prestigious and fastest-growing regional theaters in New England, presents the Tony Award winning play, Red, March 14- April 21. Red was first produced at the 250-seat Donmar Warehouse in London in December 2009, starring Alfred Molina and Eddie Redmayne. The production transferred to Broadway's John Golden Theatre, with the same cast, for a limited run, from March 11 - June 27, 2010. It picked up six Tony Awards, including Best Play, Best Direction, and Best Performance by a Featured Actor (Redmayne), as well as three Drama Desk Awards, including Best Play.

Brave New World Repertory Theatre (BNW), has announced its Spring Residency 2012 at the Brooklyn Lyceum. Running from April 1st through May 13th, the Residency will offer a range of theatre-based activities for all ages - plays, classes and readings for Brooklynites and all city residents who love theatre.
