Following his stint on Fox's long-running musical dramedy, Jackson has signed on for Murphy's new HBO series OPEN, according to Deadline. Murphy reportedly wrote the series regular role into the script specifically for Jackson.

On Wednesday, October 30th, the blockbuster musical, WICKED, will celebrate its 10th Anniversary on Broadway, a milestone achieved by only ten other Broadway productions in history.
