Jesse L. Martin, Tamara Tunie and More To Join Police Athletic League and CitySights NY To Bring Season Cheer to Thousands of Kids

On Saturday, December 15th, The Police Athletic League (PAL), the city's largest, independent, nonprofit youth organization, and CitySights NY, the leader in New York City tours, sightseeing, and attractions, will team up to host many hundreds of boys and girls, ages five to seven, from all five boroughs at a festive holiday party filled with arts and crafts, board games, face painting, inflatable rides, and holiday treats. There will also be a special visit from Santa who will arrive atop a CitySights NY bus filled with over 2,000 toys for the children.

The Dicapo Opera Theatre presented a glittering all Puccini program to celebrate the composer's 150th birthday at Lincoln Center's Rose Theater. The program featured arias and scenes from all of Puccini's operas- from LeVilli through the last music he composed and orchestrated for Turandot- including the Opening Act II of Edgar, and selections from both the Brescia and La Scala versions of Madama Butterfly.
