Kenneth Lin's INTELLIGENCE-SLAVE Plays Alley Theatre's Neuhaus Stage 5/23-6/20

Intelligence-Slave, by Kenneth Lin, is the third of the Alley Theatre's world premieres this season and will run May 23 - June 20, 2010 on the Neuhaus Stage. Kenneth Lin's new play, Intelligence-Slave, tells the story of Curt Herzstark, a concentration camp prisoner who is being kept alive by the Nazis because he has invented the world's first hand-held four function calculator.

Mark Lamos will stage a reading of You Can't Take It With You for The Acting Compay at Playwrights Horizons on Monday, February 8th at 7pm. The cast for the reading, headed by Oscar winner F. Murray Abraham, also features Matt Amednt, Casey Biggs, Patricia Conolly, Stephen DeRosa, Harriet Harris, Pamela Hyberg, Angela Pierce, David Schramm, and Andrew Weems.

Harriet Harris, Tony Award winner for best featured actress in a musical for Thoroughly Modern Millie, has joined the cast of The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey's production of Noises Off by Michael Frayn, which begins performances on August 5 and continues through August 30th. Harriet Harris, who also won a Drama Desk award for her performance as Mrs. Meers in the hit Broadway musical Thoroughly Modern Millie, will play Dotty Otley, the role originated by Dorothy Louden on Broadway.
