Impressionist JEFF TRACTA wowed the audience to a standing ovation at the $1,500-a-head black tie Alfred E. Mann Foundation gala emceed by the two-time Emmy Award-winning JAY LENO, Sunday October 13, 2013, at the Robinsons May lot, 9900 Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills, raising over $1 million for charity with over 400 people in attendance, thanks, in part, to Tracta's compelling performance, 'A Journey Through Pop Culture,' featuring more than 50 spot-on impressions.

On Monday, October 28, 2013, Sing for Hope will hold its 7th annual gala at Center548 in Manhattan. The gala's theme is 'Art for All,' in reflection of Sing for Hope's arts outreach programs that democratize the arts and ignite the spark of creative innovation in all people. Cocktails begin promptly at 6:30 p.m., with dinner and the program beginning at 7:30 p.m. The event is chaired by ANN ZIFF (Sing for Hope Board Member, Chair of the Metropolitan Opera, and Vice-Chair of the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts) and will honor HAMDI ULUKAYA, Founder and CEO of Chobani, Inc., America's #1 selling yogurt brand. Singer, songwriter, actress, author and philanthropist Nita Whitaker will grace Stage 72 (formerly the Triad) to perform a mix of popular music and original compositions in a one night only concert on Monday, October 28, 2013 at 7:00pm. Musical direction is by Eugene Gwozdz.

It's a new era for The Philly POPS and a chance for audiences to share in the excitement of this first season under the baton of new music director Michael Krajewski. The Philly POPS opens its 2013-14 season with the theme 'Viva Philadelphia!' - a celebration of the City and of Philadelphia's Italian spirit as well as a demonstration of the maestro's special love for vocal music. It's a fitting theme, as the new maestro celebrates the City that will be another POPS home for this nationally recognized conductor. It's also fitting as this first series of The POPS 35th season falls on Columbus weekend, a time of special significance in a city with a rich Italian heritage. With performances tonight, October 11 through Sunday October 13, POPS concerts will continue to be presented in a series of Friday evenings at 8 p.m., followed by Saturday and Sunday matinees at 3 p.m. at Verizon Hall of the KimMel Center for the Performing Arts on Avenue of the Arts in Philadelphia.

Tonight, October 4, 2013, The New York Pops orchestra will launch its 31st Season at Carnegie Hall with An Evening with Chris Botti. Music Director and Conductor Steven Reineke will lead the orchestra in a highly-anticipated opening with America's largest-selling instrumental artist, trumpeter Chris Botti. The performance will include selections such as Chopin's 'Prelude in C Minor,' 'Emmanuel,' and 'When I Fall in Love' from his recent Grammy Award-winning album Impressions, as well as other popular favorites, at Carnegie Hall's Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage.

Mario Frangoulis, the world-renowned powerhouse tenor, makes his San Francisco debut with his electrifying voice and stunning charisma, in a one-night-only performance at the Nourse Auditorium (275 Hayes Street, San Francisco) on Friday, November 8, 2013. Unveiling songs from his new, critically acclaimed international release, Beautiful Things, Frangoulis will continue his limited Unite States tour with performances at the Harris Theater in Chicago on Sunday, November 10 and The Rose Theatre at Jazz at the Lincoln Center in New York on Saturday, November 16. Frangoulis will donate a portion of proceeds from these three performances to charity. Music Director David Hayes has announced the New York Choral Society's (NYCS) 56th concert season. The season opens on September 22, 2013, when the New York Choral Society will make a guest appearance with the Detroit Symphony under the direction of Yongyan Hu in a performance of a new piece by Xaiogang Ye, Twilight of the Himalayas at Avery Fisher Hall. On November 17, NYCS will appear as guest performers for the 20th time at the Richard Tucker Music Foundation Gala at Avery Fisher Hall. The NYCS make its 11th appearance with Andrea Bocelli at the Barclays Center on December 11. For the holiday season the New York Choral Society will present Christmas at Carnegie Hall on December 17 with a program of classical, contemporary and traditional Christmas music featuring mezzo-soprano Heather Johnson. The season concludes on April 29 at Carnegie Hall with Gustav Holst's The Hymn of Jesus and the New York Premiere of Pulitzer prize-winning Jennifer Higdon's The Singing Rooms with Jennifer Koh, violin.

T'Ammore, will play October 16th and 18th and Belcanto, produced in collaboration with the Luciano Pavarotti Foundation, will play October 17th and 19th, all shows at 8pm.
