Garden Theatre and the Orlando Ballet present Arcadian Broad's Beauty & The Beast on November 19, 2016 at 2pm and November 20 at 2pm as part of the Garden Theatre's 2016-2017 Live Season.

Music Director David Hayes will lead the New York Choral Society and Orchestra (NYChoral) in the United States premiere of Maltese composer Joseph Vella's The Hyland Mass: A Prayer for Unity in Diversity.

Next up on Kitchen Theatre Company's 2016-2017 26th Season is Death Boogie by Darian Dauchan, a hip hop musical that combines physical theater, music, video, and poetry in a stunning projected environment! Violinist Mathew 'MattViolinist' Silvera and double bassist Desmond Bratton provide live accompaniment for this one-of-a-kind theatrical musical event. Performances are November 15 to December 4.

The New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) and RKO Stage present the world premiere of Carefree: Dancin' with Fred & Ginger, an all-new tribute to American cinema's most iconic pair, Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. Segerstrom Center for the Arts will celebrate Mexico's revered Dia de los Muertos with performances by Perla Batalla, La Santa Cecilia, Pacifico Dance and Quetzal on November 2, 2016 in the Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall starting at 7:30 p.m. Four performances will take place in a single concert: Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Perla Batalla, LA bands La Santa Cecilia and Quetzal and Pacifico Dance Company.

Kate Lydon has been named artistic director of American Ballet Theatre's Summer Intensive programs, it was announced today by ABT Artistic Director Kevin McKenzie. Lydon, who is also artistic director of the ABT Studio Company as well as Apprentice Program Coordinator, succeeds Julie Kent who served as the Summer Intensive artistic director for 2016.

GK Arts Center is proud to host Gelsey Kirkland Ballet's perennial holiday classic, The Nutcracker. This is the fourth year this production of The Nutcracker will be performed over the course of a special two-week engagement, running December 8-18 at the GK Arts Center (29 Jay Street, formerly St. Ann's Warehouse in Dumbo, Brooklyn, N.Y.).  The 18-member company is under the artistic direction of Gelsey Kirkland and Michael Chernov.
