Every Tony Needs a Tina! BestofOffBroadway.com announced the first annual Tina Award nominations today, honoring the top Off-Broadway productions of the 2010-2011 season.

In light of the devastating earthquake and tsunami in Japan, Japan Day @ Central Park, a major cultural event now in its fifth year, has organized a galvanizing stage performance with other family-friendly activities on May 22nd with the theme GANBARE JAPAN! (You can do it, Japan!).

The Pajama Game opened on February 23, 2006 and BroadwayWorld was there to capture the Gypsy Robe Ceremony. The colorful Gypsy Robe, embellished with mementos from Broadway musicals, is presented to the cast member who has the most Broadway chorus credits.
