In the season seven premiere of NBC's 30 ROCK, Jack (Alec Baldwin) develops an unusual business strategy for NBC while Liz (Tina Fey) copes with the challenges of being Jenna's (Jane Krakowski) maid of honor. When "TGS" returns from hiatus, Liz (Fey) is alarmed by Jack's shockingly bad fall programming line-up. Meanwhile, Jenna (Krakowski) prepares to be the ultimate bridezilla, enlisting a reluctant Liz to be her maid of honor, and Kenneth (Jack McBrayer) and Hazel (Kristen Schaal) invite Tracy (Tracy Morgan) to a dinner party. On the heels of winning the Alec Baldwin Fellowship for his music & lyrics on 'TIL DEATH DO US PART and recording the International Studio Cast Recording of THE CONCRETE JUNGLE in association with Nick Lloyd Webber and James D. Reid in London, award winning composer/writer BOBBY CRONIN returns to the Broadway in Birdland Series presented by Jim Caruso with a night of all new material interpreted by some of today's top Broadway and West End performers. The Eli and Edythe Broad Stage at the Santa Monica College Performing Arts Center today announced FREUD'S LAST SESSION, New York's long-running hit play by Mark St. Germain, is set to open in Los Angeles this winter starring Judd Hirsch as Sigmund Freudand Tom Cavanagh as C. S. Lewis under the direction of Tyler Marchant, who helmed the original New York production. Presented by The Broad Stage and CRC Productions, FREUD'S LAST SESSION will begin preview performances January 11(th) through January 15(th). Opening Night is Wednesday, January 16(th) and will run for a limited engagement through February 10(th) at The Broad Stage.

Music Director Alan Gilbert, The Yoko Nagae Ceschina Chair, will conduct the New York Philharmonic in an all-Russian program featuring Prokofiev's Piano Concerto No. 3 with Russian pianist Daniil Trifonov, 2011 Tchaikovsky Piano Competition Winner, in his Philharmonic debut; Musorgsky's Night on Bald Mountain; and Rimsky-Korsakov's Scheherazade, spotlighting Concertmaster Glenn Dicterow, today, September 28, 2012, at 2:00 p.m.; Saturday, September 29 at 8:00 p.m.; and Tuesday, October 2 at 7:30 p.m.

Media At Large Productions has announced that it will present a unique revival of Tennessee Williams' IN THE BAR OF A TOKYO HOTEL. The play will run off-Broadway at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street) with previews beginning on Saturday, October 13th and continue until Sunday, October 28th. The production will have it's official opening on Wednesday, October 17th at 8PM. This distinctive revival, co-directed by Shashi Balooja and Maria Torres will be the first to incorporate live streaming video and dance. Maria Torres will also choreograph.

FREUD'S LAST SESSION will feature a post-show talkback series in October to discuss Love, Sex, the Meaning of Life and the Existence of God at the Mercury Theater, 3745 N. Southport in Chicago. Winner of the 2011 Off Broadway Alliance Award for Best Play, the Midwest Premiere of FREUD'S LAST SESSION has received rave reviews and three Jeff Award nominations, including Best Play. The production has been extended multiple times and is now in final weeks, ending its successful Chicago run on November 11. Written by Mark St. Germain, under the direction of Tyler Marchant, the production stars local theater legend, Mike Nussbaum (Emmy, Drama Desk Award, four-time Jeff Award winner, and recent Sarah Siddons Award recipient), as "Sigmund Freud" and Coburn Goss (Vigils at the Goodman Theatre, Dead Man's Cell Phone at Steppenwolf Theatre Company and Off Broadway When the Messenger is Hot at 59E59) as "C.S. Lewis."

In Rise of the Guardians, North, Bunny, Tooth, and Sandy recruit the mysterious Jack Frost to help them stop Pitch from putting an end to childhood belief and sending the world into eternal darkness. Based on the children's book series by William Joyce, Rise of the Guardians is both an exciting adventure and a poignant exploration of the hopes and dreams of youth.

Nick Cordero, an original member of the first national tour cast of ROCK OF AGES, joins the Broadway cast of the five-time Tony nominated hit musical on September 24, 2012 at the Helen Hayes Theatre (240 West 44th Street). Cordero, who will make his Broadway debut, is stepping in for Adam Dannheisser as "Dennis," the owner of The Bourbon Room, while he is on leave to play a role in Disgraced at Lincoln Center Theater's Claire Tow Theater from September 24 - November 18, 2012. Dannheisser returns to ROCK OF AGES on November 19, 2012.
