Shaftesbury & the Toronto Symphony Orchestra have come together in a new partnership to produce exclusive programming for two of Canada’s most popular drama series, Murdoch Mysteries and Frankie Drake Mysteries. Each live-to-tape 60-minute special features beloved compositions by the TSO’s orchestra with conducting by Rob Carli.
Ovation, America's only arts network, has announced the premiere date for the third season of Frankie Drake Mysteries. The new season will premiere on Ovation on Saturday, April 4th at 7pm ET / 4pm PT, promising a slate of new adventures as the ladies of Drake Private Detectives take on more challenging cases and face off against some impressive foes.

USA Network today announced that SUITS' ninth and final season, and new spinoff series, PEARSON, will premiere back-to-back on Wednesday, July 17 at 9/8c and 10/9c respectively. Both dramas hail from UCP and will have 10-episode seasons.
USA Network has given a name to the upcoming Suits spinoff off starring Gina Torres, according to Deadline. The series will be called Pearson after the lead character, Jessica Pearson.

Chantel Riley, 'Nala' in Broadway's landmark musical The Lion King, will make her solo concert debut, "DARE2DREAM," at New York's intimate Metropolitan Room (34 West 22nd St.) on Monday, July 21 at 9:00PM. The evening, which marks Riley's solo concert debut, will allow audiences to get up close and personal with the singing actress as she presents an eclectic range of material including R&B, soul, and reggae.
