Pittsburgh CLO is proud to announce the Pittsburgh CLO debut of the Rodman Street Missionary Baptist Church choir throughout the run of Elton John & Tim Rice's AIDA,July 26-31 at the Benedum Center. Director of Worship & Arts, Alton Mitchell, will lead 19 members of the choir as they perform "Gods Love Nubia" with the cast under the direction of Pittsburgh CLO Music Director Tom Helm.

A gripping tragedy of love that transcends all, Elton John and Tim Rice's AIDA follows a courageous Nubian princess as she is forced to choose between passion and allegiance.  This poignant musical features HAMILTON's own Emmy Raver-Lampman as Aida and Broadway's Mark Evans as Radames.

Batter up! Just in time for the thick of baseball season comes the muscular musical about baseball super-fan Joe Boyd. Joe is transformed into a star slugger after he makes a deal with the devil and his sexy associate, Lola, for a chance to lead his home team to victory in the pennant race against the New York Yankees.

The York Theatre Company launches its 45th anniversary season with its acclaimed Developmental Readings Series and the New York premiere of two new works: Songbook, a play with music written by Stephen Temperley, and Zazou, a play with songs by John Meyer at The York Theatre Company at Saint Peter's (Entrance on East 54th Street, just east of Lexington Avenue). The readings are open to the public with a suggested donation of $5.00.

Seven Brides for Seven Brothers is a love-struck comedy taking the Benedum stage tonight, June 11-16, 2013.
