It was just a non-eventful, done to perfection permanent makeup procedure. And while such a thing isn't good for going "viral," it sure has the appearance of being popular with women interested in having an eyebrow tattoo cosmetic procedure. In just under one week, the video by Sally Hayes titled, "Permanent Makeup Eyebrows Tattoo" has attracted roughly 1500 views on YouTube.

Reality TV has yet another beauty ready to undergo the expected and unexpected on camera. This time it's a cosmetic procedure tattooing new eyebrows which is raising eyebrows among viewers. Caught live at the Permanent Makeup Scottsdale location of expert artist Sally Hayes, the procedure will be aired uncut, in its entirety on YouTube starting at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 12, 2012.
