GLOUCESTER STAGE COMPANY has announced the inaugural launch of its festival, Water's Rising: Festival of New Climate Action Plays. Timed to coincide with Earth Day, this inaugural festival will showcase staged readings of three new plays that delve into the multifaceted themes of climate change.

Performances continue through Sunday, November 8th. Tickets are priced at $20 ($15 for students and seniors) and will be available online at www.newohiotheatre.org beginning September 28th. The production returns to the New Ohio for its world premiere following a hit, sold-out workshop production during the theater's 2014 Ice Factory Festival.

Artistic Director Robert Lyons proudly presents the 21st annual Obie Award-winning Ice Factory Festival. Ice Factory 2014 takes place at the New Ohio Theatre, located at 154 Christopher Street between Greenwich and Washington Streets in New York City.
