Felice Lesser Dance Theater (FLDT) will perform excerpts from Funding the Arts, Lesser's "living movie," as well as other dances from the company's repertory at LaGuardia Performing Arts Center (LPAC) on March 22, 2013 at 8 pm. This performance will be the culmination of the company's LPAC LAB 201 Residency, a six-week-long artistic residency.

Exit 12 Dance Company, a contemporary dance company founded by United States Marine Corps Sergeant Roman Baca upon his return from Iraq, will perform a live-streamed evening of military-themed repertoire on February 20, 2013 as part of the WiredArts Fest. Exit 12 Dance Company, a contemporary dance company founded by United States Marine Corps Sergeant Roman Baca upon his return from Iraq, will be honored at the Downtown Dance Festival Performance today, August 18, 2012 at 8pm at Dance New Amsterdam. The troupe will dedicate their performances in Battery Dance Company's (BDC) week-long festival in downtown New York City to Lieutenant Colonel Mark Weber, an inspiring Minnesota National Guard Army officer with stage IV cancer.
