Mercury Theatre today announces full cast for Aladdin, written by Andrew Pollard with direction from the Theatre's Creative Director Ryan McBryde; the team behind the Great British Pantomime award-winning Cinderella.

From Freedom Studios, the producers of the acclaimed Black Teeth and a Brilliant Smile and Brief Encounters at Bradford Interchange and CARBON: Imagineering, comes Aaliyah: After Antigone, the premiere of Kamal Kaan's new contemporary adaptation of Sophocles' Greek tale, examining the fragile nature of citizenship and making us question our own relationship to ourselves and our country.

The four critically acclaimed productions were curated by Olivier Award-winning producer, James Seabright, and filmed last month before socially distanced audiences at Wilton's Music Hall, the oldest surviving Grand Music Hall in the world.

‘Quentin Crisp: Naked Hope’, a glorious, truthful and uplifting celebration of a genuinely unique human being, multi award-winning cabaret-musical ‘A Super Happy Story (About Feeling Super Sad)’ and acclaimed play ‘Black Is The Color of My Voice’ will be presented.

59E59 Theaters (Val Day, Artistic Director; Brian Beirne, Managing Director), will welcome the US premiere of A SUPER HAPPY STORY (ABOUT FEELING SUPER SAD), written by Jon Brittain and directed by Alex Mitchell, with music by Matthew Floyd Jones. Produced by Silent Uproar and James Seabright for Brits Off Broadway, A SUPER HAPPY STORY (ABOUT FEELING SUPER SAD) begins performances on Tuesday, April 14 for a limited engagement through Sunday, May 3.

The Mystic Museum of Art (MMoA) is fortunate to have significant holdings in its permanent collection. The collection includes artwork by the institution's founding members and artists that also played a role in MMoA's development from Art Association to Art Center. Works by Charles Davis, Ward Ranger, Harve Stein, and Yngve Soderberg constitute the core of their collections. Local contemporary artists like Dan Truth, Charles Chu, and Sarah Stifler Lucas may also be found in the collection.
