Symphony Space announces its 13th annual Just Kidding performing arts series with a diverse and engaging roster of performances each weekend from fall to spring.

Families who share live performances together create a yearbook full of memories. The newly announced Just Kidding performing arts series at Symphony Space offers a 'Grade A' roster of diverse extracurricular activities designed for young people and their grownups.

During the 2017-18 Just Kidding Series at Symphony Space, families are invited to experience puppetry with three acclaimed practitioners: November brings the uproarious antics of the Frogtown Mountain Puppeteers and their swashbuckling show Everybody Loves Pirates; December will see the virtuoso National Marionette Theatre with its acclaimed production of the children's classic Pinocchio, and the New Year brings the inventive Milo the Magnificent.

Symphony Space announces the 2017-18 season launch of Just Kidding on Saturday, October 7  at 11 am and 2 pm with two sketch comedy performances by The Story Pirates, an uproarious experience for the whole family.  The troupe features actors who take original stories submitted by children and create outlandishly funny sketches and mini-musicals that leave kids and their parents howling in the aisles.

Just Kidding at Symphony Space is proud to present once again The Big Family Quiz Thing, a fast-moving, interactive live quiz game for adults and their children (ages 8 and up) on Sunday, January 22, at 2 p.m.

The 2016-17 'Just Kidding' weekly performance series at Symphony Space launches this month with music, puppetry, theater and dance. Two upcoming events offer families a comfortable place to enjoy age-appropriate (and adult friendly) theatrical experiences.

In November, Symphony Space's Just Kidding continues a season of curiosity and wonder with interactive concerts with top artists, a kid-powered dance performance, a family trivia quiz show, and internationally touring children's theatre companies. Adults and kids alike will enjoy simplified, lower ticket prices this season, at $17 per ticket, $14 for members (babies under 6 months admitted free).
