The Broadway League congratulates the honorees of the League Awards, which were announced today during the 33rd annual Spring Road Conference, celebrating industry professionals whose outstanding achievements contribute to the success of Broadway on the Road. Since 1992, the League Awards recognize those who have displayed exemplary service to the Touring Broadway industry and are regarded as innovators in their profession.
The Segal Center Award for Civic Engagement in the Arts was originally established to recognise individuals who have made an exceptional contribution to civic discourse and have had a real impact on contemporary theatre and performance in New York City. In The Time of Corona, the Segal Center decided to honour global theatre and performance artists who have become agents of change in 2020 and 2021.
The world premiere of Fairycakes just celebrated opening night at the Greenwich House Theater (27 Barrow Street). Fairycakes is set to play a limited engagement through January 2, 2022.

The Rabbit Run production of the farce, 'Noises Off,' was well directed, well acted, well technically presented and turned out to be a laugh riot! I saw this show in London was convulsed with laughter. The PP show had much the same effect on me. For anyone wanting a fun summer experience, the trip to Madison, the hospitality and hometown welcome of the RR community, as well as the quality of this production, all say, 'You all come!' You won't regret it.
