42nd Street Moon concludes its 23rd season with Frank Loesser's glorious Napa Valley romance, the Tony Award-winning THE MOST HAPPY FELLA. This masterpiece with book, music and lyrics by Frank Loesser (Guys and Dolls, How to Succeed in Business …, Where's Charley?) is an unconventional and sweepingly romantic love story set in the vineyards of Napa Valley. Considered one of Loesser's greatest works, the stunning score includes "The Most Happy Fella," "Standing on the Corner," "Joey, Joey, Joey," "Rosabella," "Big D," "My Heart Is So Full of You" and "Song of a Summer Night." Ross Valley Players presents for its fifth production of the season the Tony award winning play All My Sons, a deeply engaging tale of morality and conscience by renowned playwright Arthur Miller. Two years after World War II, the Keller family is torn apart by their patriarch's moral weakness and a shameful family secret. With great tenderness and compassion, this searing saga explores the ever changing sense of family, social responsibility, and values still relevant today, as two very different generations seek to heal and rebuild. With a surprisingly well-written book and a fun, familiar plot, 42nd Street Moon's production of the rare musical, "Carmelina," stands out against its more recent cousin, the Abba-inspired "Mamma Mia!" While it does not have the peppy energy and catchy music of "Mamma Mia!," "Carmelina" has unique stories and charming characters that make it just as enjoyable, especially when performed by a fabulous cast on the intimate Eureka Theatre stage.

Bay Area audiences will have the opportunity to experience a lost musical theatre treasure when 42nd Street Moon presents the first ever post-Broadway production of a musical collaboration by the composers of My Fair Lady and Brigadoon, CARMELINA. The show has a beautiful score by Alan Jay Lerner and Burton Lane and a saucy book by Lerner and Joseph Stein, whose Fiddler on the Roof remains one of the world's most popular musicals, but CARMELINA nevertheless vanished from sight. 42nd Street Moon's 20th anniversary season kicks off on Monday, June 18, 2012 with Ticket to the Moon, a gala evening celebrating Moon's past, present and future. Activities at the Alcazar Theatre on Geary Street begins at 5:30 pm with cocktails and a silent auction, followed by a performance at 7 pm, directed and narrated by Moon's Artistic Director, Greg MacKellan.

The silent auction that will take place during 42nd Street Moon's annual fundraiser Scandals, Follies & A Bowl of Cherries on Monday, June 20 at the Alcazar Theatre, is now also offered online from today through June 18. Numerous items are featured, including an unusual and very special Broadway Kissing Booth -- a must for any collector of Broadway Memorabilia. For this unique offering, a framed photo is matched with a lipstick impression 'kiss' and autograph of a major Broadway star. The starting bid on each of these is $50.
