The Geffen Playhouse today announced that Arye Gross (Minority Report, Castle, Geffen's Coney Island Christmas) will star in Glen Berger's award-winning one-man play Underneath the Lintel: An Impressive Presentation of Lovely Evidences, directed by Steven Robman.

Jerry MacKinnon and Samantha Ressler to Star in Anna Ziegler's ACTUALLY at the Geffen


The Geffen Playhouse today announced that Jerry MacKinnon (Sleepy Hallow) and Samantha Ressler (This is the End) will star in award-winning playwright Anna Ziegler's Actually, a co-world premiere with the Williamstown Theatre Festival. Tyne Rafaeli will direct the Geffen's production which runs May 2, 2017 through June 11, 2017 in the Audrey Skirball Kenis Theater at the Geffen Playhouse. Opening night is May 10, 2017.

There are common experiences that tie us together and bind us. Although it is a show by women about women, bring the men in your life. In New York the men laughed just as loud if not louder than the women. Women laugh in recognition of shared experiences. Men laugh as they get a peek into a world that they didn't know existed.

An excellent example is the cast and creative team in the Players Guild of Leonia production, "I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change." This is a hilarious musical about relationships that are depicted in a series of life cycle vignettes from early dating experiences on through to old age yearnings. It thus serves as a perfect vehicle to bring together the different generations.
