Set in 1970s Florence, the town is threatened by financial ruin and the suspicious villainies of a big-time investor, Mr. Wong.
Unlikely hero and jogging enthusiast, Ernie White, agrees to host a Woodstock-esque festival on his family farm in hopes of raising enough money to save the town.
But with a Mayor set on sabotage, a Narrator hi-jacking the story line, and a tuna sandwich vendor playing a surprisingly large role,
Ernie must decide how far he’s willing to go to save his town – and the woman he loves the most – from Mr. Wong.
What he discovers, is that we can all get by with a little help from our friends.
