Seanie Sugrue left his entire family in Ireland to come to New York... and his didn't even know why! All alone, he began honing an idea how to present a new kind of art. Out of nowhere he got the first opportunity. Catch 22: based on the unwritten story by seanie sugrue became a gritty, independent film. But something was still missing for the Irish émigré. Reality.

He focused his efforts on creating a new kind of live art... he infused his prose with the experiences he had in New York and the unique people he met along the way.

What came out of it was a new style of drama called PUNK THEATRE. This new theatrical environment is what fuels what will be a sprawling series of 12 stage works... understandable on their own but together will create an entire universe.

ONE WAY TO PLUTO! premiering at the legendary 13th Street Playhouse is an existential journey through the life of Peter Cooper, a hostile persona struggling to make sense of his transgender dysphoria (the misery of feeling you are in thew wrong body). Comfort comes through a drug-fueled psychedelic journey to "Pluto" and back with Dwight, a chronic vagabond, and from an act of criminal desperateness, he befriends one of Pluto's "moons." This story is a restless exploration of one man's search to find meaning and delves into the fight against personal delusion, addiction, and the trepidation of inferiority.
