FUERZA BRUTA Extends Through February 3

S2BN Entertainment announced today that FUERZA BRUTA NYC will extend its successful five-year run at the Daryl Roth Theatre until February 3 due to the overwhelming response and support from fans from all over the world.

"We knew it was going to be tough to close our doors in NYC, but after continuing to receive such a remarkable outpouring of love and support from our fans in NYC and in other parts of the country and world; we knew we had to stay open longer in 2013 - especially for the people who have helped to make our show the great success that it is," said Stephen Shaw, executive producer for FUERZA BRUTA. "The New York production of FUERZA BRUTA is truly unlike any other seen across the world and our fans and audiences recognize this addictive energy. It's an amazing feeling."

FUERZA BRUTA has been flooded with supportive posts on its official Facebook and Twitter pages since the production announced its close originally slated for November 11.

"Our fans recognize FUERZA BRUTA as a non-stop collision of visceral emotion and energy. It is liberation! A sacred place where life's distractions disappear, music becomes movement, and a room full of strangers transforms into a community," said Shaw. "We are seeing this incredible, diverse community thrive online and in our theatre every night, so we are thrilled this extension will allow the celebration of FUERZA BRUTA to continue."

FUERZA BRUTA was created by Argentinean artistic director Diqui James with the goal of forming a theatrical company in which creativity and experimentation are priorities. Since its critically-acclaimed NYC debut on October 24, 2007, the production has played more than 1,800 performances for nearly one million audience members.

FUERZA BRUTA is currently on tour in South America and is slated to open its second run in London on December 27 at the Roundhouse. The production will tour China in 2013. Since conception, FUERZA BRUTA has toured around the world in cities including Edinburgh, Cordoba, Sao Paulo, Rosario, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Queretaro, Antwerp, Bilbao, Taipei, Madrid, Berlin, Tel Aviv and many others.
