The Court Jesters are celebrating 22 years of improvised comedy with a plethora of guest stars in SCARED SCRIPTLESS during the run-up to Christmas.

During December, New Zealand's longest-running late-night comedy show will feature a special performer every Friday and Saturday night, culminating with founding member of The Court Jesters Michael Robinson appearing in the final show of 2012 on 22 December.

Also lined up to perform are returning Jesters Alice Canton, Jared Corbin, Hamish Parkinson and Dan Pengelly; former Jester and 2013 Billy T Nominee Eli Matthewson, Canadian Improviser (and World Buskers' Festival regular) Derek Flores and Artistic Director of The Court Theatre Ross Gumbley. Robinson and Gumbley were members of The Court Jesters troupe when SCARED SCRIPTLESS began in 1990.

As well as favourite performers, Facebook fans will also be able to nominate two "Classic" games that will be performed at each show.

Guest stars will be announced on the SCARED SCRIPTLESS Facebook page and on The Court Jesters' website until 22 December. SCARED SCRIPTLESS will then go on a brief hiatus until 11 January 2013.
