Diana Ross and More Set for Saenger Theatre's Grand Opening Lineup Tonight

The Saenger Theatre adds even more star power to its grand opening celebration with music legend Diana Ross performing tonight, Oct. 30, at 8 p.m.

An icon in the entertainment industry, Diana Ross is an Academy Award-nominated actress, a Tony and Golden Globe winner, a bestselling author, winner of eight American Music Awards and a recipient of The Kennedy Center Honors. Ross' music became the sound of young America in the 1960's, soon after she signed with Motown Records in 1961 with The Supremes. Ross started her solo career in 1970 and has sold over 100 million records. Tickets to her Oct. 30 show at the Saenger Theatre will go on sale Friday, June 28, at 11 a.m. Ticket prices are $55, $65, $75, $85 and $125.
