The opening of The Gin Game at Theatre Memphis in the Next Stage will be postponed until Thursday, September 24, 2015, at 7:30pm, due to a minor but incapacitating injury incurred by one of the two actors, Jim Palmer. Therefore, there will be no shows this week on September 18, 19 and 20, 2015.

Executive Producer at Theatre Memphis, Debbie Litch, says, "It is so unfortunate for this to happen to Jim after all the hard work he and Jo Lynne have put into the show, but it is in their best interest to allow time for healing and to allow them to perform at the top of their skills without this distraction. We only want what is best for them."

Individuals who have already purchased tickets will be called by our box office to arrange another date for attending. Any questions can also be directed to the box office at 901.682.8323. The box office will be open this weekend to take ticket orders for the remainder of the run. A decision regarding additional performances being added will be made at a later date.
