A deviously delicious Broadway and Hollywood sci-fi smash musical, LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS has devoured the hearts of theatre goers for over 30 years. This summer, the Roxy Regional Theatre brings the hilarious cult classic back to the corner of Franklin and First in downtown Clarksville, May 30 - June 28.

Ryan Bowie stars as meek floral assistant Seymour Krelborn, who stumbles across a new breed of plant he names "Audrey II" after his coworker crush, played by Alicia Jayne Kelly. This foul-mouthed, R&B-singing carnivore promises unending fame and fortune to the down and out Krelborn as long as he keeps feeding it ... blood. Over time, though, Seymour discovers Audrey II's out-of-this-world origins and intent towards global domination!

One of the longest-running off-Broadway musicals of all time, Howard Ashman and Alan Menken's affectionate spoof of 1950s sci-fi movies is directed by Tom Thayer, with designs by Kyra Bishop. Audrey II, the famed man-eating plant, comes to life through the voice of Steve Olivier and the puppeteering skills of Adam Kurtz and Ian Erbe, while Howard Snyder as Mr. Mushnik, Ryan Cupello as Orin, and Doo-Wop Girls Samantha Carroll, Laura Donnelly and Emily Rourke round out the cast.

This production is made possible in part through the generous support of Legends Bank, along with Representative Curtis Johnson & Marsha Johnson. Additional funding support has been provided by Dr. Ernest & Joan DeWald, Brad Pavlik & Cinda Smith Perry, and Melissa A. Schaffner.

LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS runs May 30 through June 28, playing Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7pm and Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm, with a 2pm matinee on Saturday, June 7. Tickets are $25 (adults) and $15 (ages 13 and under) and may be reserved online at www.roxyregionaltheatre.org, by phone at (931)645-7699, or at the theatre during regular box office hours (9:00am to 2:00pm, Monday through Friday, and one hour prior to curtain).
