Penobscot Theatre's summer camp is one of the longest running performing arts camps in the region. Now, after three intense weeks of acting, singing, and dancing, PTC's Dramatic Academy SUMMER proudly presents an entire weekend of exciting productions the whole family can enjoy!

On Friday, July 20 and Saturday, July 21 at 10 a.m., the Youth Troupe will present two original short plays, The Mischief Makers and Party Dance. Come party with us!

The Youth Musical campers will perform Winnie the Pooh at 2 p.m. on July 20 and July 21. Based on the beloved stories of A. A. Milne, Winnie the Pooh invites audience members deep into the Hundred Acre Wood alongside Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, Rabbit, Owl, and Christopher Robin. Winnie the Pooh is a classic story of teamwork, friendship, and sharing!

The Young Adult Musical Theatre will present the Tony Award winning Stephen Sondheim musical, Into the Woods Jr., which combines the stories of familiar characters like Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and his beanstalk, and Rapunzel. Into the Woods Jr. will be performed at the Opera House on July 20 and 21 at 7 p.m. and July 22 at 2 p.m.
