Brian P. Allen, Good Theater's Artistic Director, directs BECKY'S NEW CAR. Laura Ellen Lewis Houck stars as Becky, a woman facing a mid-life crisis. Joining her will be Paul Drinan as Becky's husband, Joe; Jesse Leighton as their son, Chris; Paul Haley plays wealthy Walter Flood; Alison McCall plays Flood's daughter, Kenni; Wil Kilroy plays Becky's co-worker, Steve; and Kathleen Kimball plays Flood's neighbor, Ginger.

Craig Robins designs the set for BECKY'S NEW CAR with lighting by Iain Odlin. Justin Cote is the production stage manager and the costume designer. Steve Underwood serves as technical director and sound designer.

Have you ever been tempted to flee your own life? Becky Foster is caught in middle age, middle management and in a middling marriage-with no prospects for change on the horizon. Then one night a socially inept and grief-struck millionaire stumbles into the car dealership where Becky works. Becky is offered nothing short of a new life...and the audience is offered a chance to ride shotgun in a way that most plays wouldn't dare. BECKY'S NEW CAR is a thoroughly original comedy, a devious and delightful romp down the road not taken.

BECKY'S NEW CAR premiered at ACT Theatre in Seattle, Washington on October 23, 2008. Since then it has been produced in regional theaters all over the country becoming one of the most produced plays in the last five years.
