The 24 member Grammy® Award-winning choir from South Africa is dedicated to sharing their faith and their music. They have steadily gained acclaim, from performing at the World Cup to singing their Academy® Award nominated song at the Oscars, this choir is noted for its charitable work and worldwide popularity. In 2002, their debut album Voices of Heaven reached the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s World Music Chart within 3 weeks of its release in the U.S. Some of Soweto’s most famous songs include Grammy-winning “Baba Yetu (Our Father)” and the Oscar nominated “Down to Earth.”
