Regional Theater of the Week: Biloxi Little Theatre in Biloxi, MS

This Week's Featured Regional Theater: Biloxi Little Theatre in Biloxi, MS
Located in east Biloxi, The Playhouse is a historic building at 220 Lee Street, south of the Biloxi Kroc Center and north of the Deer Island cut. Parts of the building date to the 1920s. Amenities including handicapped parking and accessibility, dual air conditioning and heating, and lighted and patrolled parking areas.
Hurricane Katrina devastated the district and the theatre was seriously damaged. A major renovation was led by Judy Madden, and included a new interior design by local artist Jerry Lee Scott. Improvements are on-going.
The arts are what make your community an interesting place to live, and Biloxi Little Theatre has been a part of the local arts scene since 1946. For sixteen years they've offered summer teen shows; now they're moving into programs for younger children; and they're always ready to take a shot at something new. There are opportunities to work back stage, volunteer in the lobby, or audition for a part in a production.
Biloxi Little Theatre offers several different levels of membership. Each category offers its own special privileges.
Regular Member $40 - good for any performance of the 4 season shows.
Patron Memberships allow you admittance to the 4 season shows, plus you get your name in the season program.

Patron Single $40
Patron Senior Couple $65
Patron Couple $70
Donor $100 - 2 memberships which allows you to attend the 4 season shows, plus you get one free guest membership.
Benefactor $200 - 2 memberships which allows you to attend any show even if it isn't a season show, your name will be listed in all season programs, plus you get 4 guest memberships to give as gifts or use any way you choose.
Angel $400 - same as Benefactor except you get 6 guest memberships.
BLT Memberships are very flexible, you may mix and match the way you use them. Not able to attend all season shows? Bring a guest to one of them. Want to see a show a second time? No problem use your membership twice for the same show.
The current season includes DEATH OF A SALESMAN (January 25 - February 2), EXTREMITIES (March 15-23), BATHROOM HUMOR (May 10-18), and LES MISERABLES (September 12-22).
