This year, the Town Hall Theatre in association with Baboró International Arts Festival for Children will be bringing you exciting and vibrant shows for children and families. The first show we are delighted to be associated with is the brilliant "Mr Foley The Radio Operator", performed by the wonderful Theatre Lovett on Saturday 1st February at 12.15pm and 2.15pm. If you caught Theatre Lovett's show "The House That Jack Filled" at Baboró 2012, you'll know this show is sure to be a treat!

A family show, performed in the intimate setting of the Town Hall Studio, it tells the story of Old Jack Foley who has a sore toe and it's not getting better. Once when he was young and strong he dreamed of joining the circus. But now, tired and grey, he sits alone by his radio twiddling the dials on his memories. Theatre Lovett invite you into their world of radio waves, sorrowful partings and hilarious slapstick comedy in Mr. Foley, The Radio Operator. Join Louis Lovett as he conjures characters and chapters full of charm from Mr. Foley's colourful past. Theatre Lovett are one of Ireland's most exciting companies for young and old alike. Directed by Muireann Ahern.

Suitable for ages 6+.

Book tickets on the Town Hall Theatre website or by calling the Box Office on 091 569 777.
