Pitch Me This (PMT) Productions announces it's next musical theater concert--HOUSTON SINGS: a young artist showcase--which will feature 8 high school-aged musical theater artists from across the Greater Houston Area. Utilizing rock-style MT songs and contemporary Pop Music songs, HOUSTON SINGS will offer an exciting look at the future of Houston's performing arts scene. Aside from producing a full-scale concert around these students, PMT will also host a series of talkback sessions with Houston-area artistic directors, freelance directors, and professional actors for the cast of HOUSTON SINGS.
The HOUSTON SINGS production team includes Eduardo Guzman (music director), Bret Gardner (producer), Travis Kirk Coombs (show content/development), Kyle Crawford (auditions/casting), Lauren Saenz (marketing intern), and Chaney Moore (stage manager).
HOUSTON SINGS will run one weekend only: June 4-7, 2015 at 8:00pm at Ovations Night Club in Rice Village, with a Sunday matinee beginning at 5:00pm. General admission tickets ($25) are on sale now and are available for purchase through TicketLeap.
