The Houston Symphony is excited to announce that remaining seats for the John Williams Joins Yo-Yo Ma concert on December 5 will be released for sale online tonight at midnight. Until now, only Houston Symphony subscribers have had access to tickets.

During this one-night-only concert, classical music's dream team will share the stage in a musical collaboration that promises to be a life-long cherished memory for all in attendance. The two music superstars and longtime friends will join the Symphony for an evening of music by John Williams composed for the concert hall and some of Hollywood's most beloved films. Williams and the legendary cellist Yo-Yo Ma will perform the composer's lush and virtuosic Cello Concerto, followed by selections from some of his most popular film scores.


Concert tickets start at $150. However, fans who place the John Williams Joins Yo-Yo Ma concert at the top of their bucket-lists can add to their experience by purchasing a special $1,000 concert ticket, which also includes valet parking and the opportunity to meet both artists at a post-performance cocktail supper to be held at Jones Hall.
