France's Académie des Arts et Techniques du Cinéma announced the nominations for this year's César Awards in Paris this morning. Paul Verhoeven's ELLE and Francois Ozon's FRANTZ topped this year's nominations with 11 each. Nominations for The César Award are selected by the members of twelve categories of filmmaking professionals and supported by the French Ministry of Culture.
